News for 4th July

Reminder to Jay, Lainey and Adela that they need to bring some clothes, trousers or skirt and long sleeved top, for their session next week. 

Well done to Kacie Mitchell and Adela Witman who swam best times for 25m freestyle on 27th June. There are 7 entries for the Dudley Gala on 16th August. They are due on 30th (Monday) so if anyone else wants to take part please contact me (Sheila) urgently. One more would give us two relay teams.

We finally have the swim times from the NASCH Gala on 5th April 2025. They will also be on poolside on Friday. Well done everyone.
