The Grand National is to take place on 9th April 2011.
The draw for a horse for each ticket holder will take place at the club on Friday, 8th April, using the most up to date list available.
The draw will be published on our website www.bedworthdisabledswimming.co.uk
The holder/s of the ticket/s for the first horse to finish will share half of the money from the sale of the tickets. The other half of the money received will be used to top up club funds.

Tamworth Unicorns 35th Annual Gala.

We have been invited to take part in Tamworth Unicorns 35th Annual Gala at The Peaks Leisure Centre, Tamworth on Saturday, 21st May at 5.45pm. This is a sprint gala (25m back, breast and free + 4 x 1 mixed relay). Competitors may enter all events – age groups are Under 17, 17-34 and 35+. There is also a width race (aids permittted). We need to confirm that we wish to take part by 31st March. Names to Sheila please. Gurvinder’s grandad, Kevin, has offered help with transport, if anyone needs a lift.

On 25th February 2011 Kieran Wilson and Marie Clarke took part in a 10 minute stamina test swim. Kieran achieved 175 metres and Marie achieved 250 metres. Well done!
Free Pingles Inflatable & Pool Fun Session Vouchers For Everyone.

The Pingles Leisure Centre now has a FANTASTIC inflatable. The 15 metre medieval themed water play challenge inflatable will be available during this half term. Floats and toys will also be available in the Leisure Pool.
The premiere day to see the new inflatable, will be at the Pingles Leisure Centre on Tuesday 22nd February. To enjoy a free session which starts at 1.45pm and runs until 3.30pm, please click on the link below to download a voucher and for further information.
